Thanks for your interest in Mad Alchemy!  We're eager to please and tend to ship within a day or 2.  Typical delivery for domestic orders in 3-5 business days.  Either way, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information attached.  If you don't see this email, check your spam folder.  If you still don't see it email us using the contact form below.

WHERE'S MY STUFF?

We ship USPS.  99% of the time they are on time and serve as an amazing resource for our business, BUT... Sometimes they're late.  Email us using the contact form below and we'll work tirelessly to track down your package and make things right.  Without the USPS shipping prices would be much higher for low cost items like our chamois creams and embrocations. 

RETURNS

We're pretty flexible.  If you need to return something or would like an exchange, please contact us using the contact form below and we'll gladly work through any issues you're having.
